Whether your PC or laptop has a virus, corrupt operating system or hardware failure we can fix it for you. All our engineers are fully qualified and experienced in all aspects of PC maintenance and most repairs are completed within 24Hrs of delivery to our workshop.
We also do advanced component level repairs, repairing common faults like laptop power socket failures. Instead of replacing the laptop mainboards we repair them at a fraction of the cost, all done within a matter of days.
Fixed Price Repairs and Upgrades
All our workshop and onsite repairs for the home users are done on a fixed price basis. So no big surprises, regardless of how long the repair takes. (see prices in pricing section)
Onsite PC Repairs and Upgrades
If the prospect of unplugging all the leads and bringing your computer to us is daunting, then we can come to you and repair it onsite. For a fixed price fee, we will send an engineer to your home to repair your PC.
System Health Check
We can give your PC or laptop a full diagnostic health check. We will check for any hardware or software problems, virus’s, spyware and much more - all at our standard fixed price.
We also endeavour to ensure that your PC remains trouble free by doing a basic system health check with every repair. Checking your antivirus is installed and updated. Checking your system configuration and available hard drive space - all at no extra cost and advising you of any problems.
Express Weekend Repair Service
We understand how important PCs are in the running of your business, this is why we offer a weekend repair service. We will collect your PC and repair it over the weekend, then re-deliver it and endevour to install it by 9.00am Monday morning. There is no extra charge for this service - just our standard repair rate. (see prices in pricing section, business rate)
E-mail Technical Support & Remote Access PC Repairs
For a small fee we also offer prompt, in-depth e-mail technical support, tailored to your exact needs.
Long Distance Repairs
If you live too far away to bring your PC or laptop to us, we also offer a repair service where you can send your equipment to us. We will repair it and send it back to you fully repaired, by insured courier, generally all within 5 working days.
Data Recovery
If your PC, laptop or media fails and as a result of this you lose your data, for a fixed price fee, we should be able to recover it for you. For more advanced data recovery, there will be additional charges to the fixed price data recovery charge. Please contact us for a quotation.
